Coaching Philosophy:
My coaching philosophy centers around the mental aspect of volleyball. In volleyball we are dependent on our teammates and therefore I focus on building trust and selflessness within the team, which ultimately helps teammates push each other to their potential. I also believe that constant feedback to players from both coaches and teammates is crucial, and there must be a balance between being critical and reassuring to build confidence in players and lead players to a level of self awareness in their technique. Most importantly volleyball is meant to be fun, energetic and I encourage players to be their authentic self.

What I like to do in my free time:
In my free time I love to build legos, watch shows and be with my friends. I also love going to concerts and have seen many different artists.
My favorite volleyball memory:
My favorite volleyball memory in high school was winning the California state championship which put my high school team as number one in the nation. In the state semifinals I played against my current teammate and best friend Lauryn Sweeney before we knew each other. In college my favorite memory was traveling to Japan with my team and experiencing a new culture and witnessing how different the playing style was.
